About E Bakehouse

E Bakehouse is an independent bakery and café in Southampton, on the south coast of England. We make European-style pastries and viennoiserie, Asian-influenced bakes, and serve specialty coffee in a warm, hands-on kitchen.

Visa — Youth Mobility Scheme

給与	£13–15 per hour, depending on experience and ability. ※ Pay reviewed based on experience and skill.
勤務時間	Approx. 6:30–15:00, shift-based (8 working hours, with breaks). Early morning starts for baking. Some overtime may apply.

仕事内容	Daily bakery and pastry production: mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing. Working with quality ingredients to produce breads, viennoiserie, and pastries. Maintaining kitchen hygiene and helping with prep and stock.
求める人材像	- A passionate, reliable baker or pastry chef who takes pride in their craft - Someone keen to live and work in the UK and grow with an independent bakery - Able to work as part of a small team with early starts - Basic English communication (kitchen level)
応募資格	- At least 1–2 years' practical experience in baking or pastry (no complete beginners) - Right to work in the UK — UK Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS) visa holders especially welcome (Japanese nationals aged 18–30 can apply directly, no sponsorship needed) - Basic English communication ability - No formal qualifications required
